Analyzing the market and competitors to acquire and develop new clients in the international transport sector
Managing relationships with existing clients and fostering long-term partnerships
Handling inquiries and providing accurate, competitive, and profitable rate quotations
Determining pricing based on costs, market conditions, competitor rates, and company strategy
Following up on sales opportunities through to contract finalization and full service execution
Collaborating continuously with operations, customs clearance, finance, and customer service departments
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in international transport companies
Familiarity with international transport pricing processes
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in English (business correspondence and negotiations)
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
